All blinged out!
More is always more to the preschool set! Addy was equally blinged out, but would not permit me to photograph her styling. I think her exact words, were "I am out!" Luckily, Cally is still my little camera bug. :)
Hiking in the safari
This year our home zoo offered a family membership to a local drive through wildlife safari as an add on. We have already visited the safari twice now and have had a fantastic time each visit. Well, I didn't love the HUGE black snake that slithered over the path by the kids playground! Although, Addy ran over to 'see' the snake as soon as we pointed it out to her! Some of the things we really enjoy about the safari is that in addition to to the drive through safari component, they also offer hands-on activities such a little petting zoo, hikes, and lots of animals to peer at close to the gift shop and playground.

Addy and Daddy bonding
Addy and David had a great time watching James and the Giant Peach last Sunday. Cally and I also enjoyed the play. ;)

Better and Better
Cool balloon flowers, Cally loved them.
Well, she loved them until I told her she couldn't keep any of them....
Cally was very busy checking out her cart full of goodies.
Water play is always a ton of fun, until it is not. You can't tell in this photo, but the little boy next to Cally is shirt-less!

Butterfly hunting: 101!
It is very important to not let the butterflies see the net. Or as David would say, who is Annette? Addy and Cally are pretty good little butterfly catchers. I am sure that is a very marketable skill, right?

Royally fun!
The girls had a fishing adventure with Grandpa and Grandma M while David and I took in a Royal vs Yankees ball game. We had a wonderful day at the park. Addy and Cally had an amazing time fishing and spending time with family. So, I guess we all won, well not the Royals....

Addy faces
Addy is a dead ringer for me in this picture. In case you are wondering, she built an animal day care with some of her LPS (little pet shop) and other animals she has.
In this picture Addy looks just like herself as young toddler. She is making the same excited curious face. <3
This is a silly picture of Addy posing in front of her latest bunch of flowers from her friend. Addy and her friend are very sweet together and just have a lot of fun. :)
This just makes me happy!!
Slow blogger!
I have definitely become a slow blogger! We are busy this spring, but I certainly want to be able to look back and reminisce. Hopefully, I will be more on top of blogging the second half of this month.
I don't have pictures to share, David probably has some on his phone I can add later though. But Addy was fantastic at her second T-ball game! She hit both her first pitches when she was at bat. She even put her bat down and headed right to first base. At home when we practice she usually throws her bat behind her. I am sure her coach appreciates not getting a bat in the leg! When her team was playing offense, Addy chased the ball down and threw it to first with out fail. I told Addy that she played better in that one game than I played my whole T-ball career! Sadly that is totally true....
Soccer is going well also. Addy is improving and getting a little more aggressive during their scrimmages. She is definitely trying more, but she still hustles the most when it is her turn to rotate off the field! Oh and I can't forget what Addy said about her team, "The team that always wins is the team not wearing yellow." I don't think I have to say that Addy plays on the yellow team, do I? ;)
